1. Product Authenticity

All jewellery sold by Dharmendra Abhushan is BIS hallmarked (where applicable) and guaranteed for purity and authenticity. Customers are advised to check for certification before purchase.

2. Pricing & Payments

All prices are subject to change without prior notice based on current gold/silver market rates. Prices shown are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise mentioned.

• Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.
• We accept cash, card, UPI, and bank transfers.

3. Orders & Customization

Customized jewellery orders once placed cannot be canceled. Any advance amount paid is non-refundable.

Estimated delivery time for custom orders will be communicated at the time of booking.

4. Exchange & Return Policy

• Returns are not accepted for used or damaged jewellery.
• Jewellery can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase with the original bill and product in unused condition.
• Custom or altered items are not eligible for exchange.

5. Repairs & Services

We offer polishing, repair, and resizing services. Charges may apply depending on the extent of work.

6. Intellectual Property

All content including images, designs, and brand identity are the property of Dharmendra Abhushan and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dharmendra Abhushan shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products or services.

8. Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to Katni (M.P.) jurisdiction only.
